St. Martin's
was built in early 1925.
From 1925 to 1960, it served as a retail
establishment, and
was converted to Dallas' first air-conditioned bar in 1945.
In 1960, it became Louie's Amber Lounge.
In 1970, the Pearl Oyster Biker bar.
In early 1977 it became St. Martin's -
The first original wine bistro in Dallas!

St. Martin's
was remodeled in early 1988 to preserve the original look and atmosphere
of a European bistro.
Other additions include the completion of our
Baroque Room, which can accommodate private
events for up to 65 guests! |
